Small business owner training

You don't need to work harder. Your business needs a better system.

The Organized & Profitable Business Operations Program is eight live, instructor-led sessions that give you the systems, numbers and structure to run your business with confidence.

Who it's for

Founders who want to run their business, not just keep up with it.

You started a business because you are good at what you do. Running one takes a different set of skills: planning, systems, money, people and sales.

This program teaches those skills in a clear order, one Friday at a time, so you leave with a business that is organized, profitable and less dependent on you.

  • You are a founder or small business owner doing most of the work yourself

  • You are ready to hire, or have started building a small team

  • You want simple systems and clear numbers instead of guesswork
