Importance of Community

TL;DR:
As a small business owner and parent, I’ve learned how important community is. Through my child’s sports, I’ve built a network of families who support each other from helping with rides, sharing snack duties, time box duties, and sometimes making it possible to be in multiple places at once.

Running your small business is no different. As founders, we need a community of people we know, like, and trust to help us grow. The right support system gives us the tools, encouragement, and resources we need to build stronger businesses and better teams.

This weekend, as you’re supporting your kids and leaning on your community, take a moment to reflect: Who is part of your business community, and how is that community helping you grow?
